1. Responsible
Quadmed, located at Landstrasse 33, 9491 Ruggell, Liechtenstein is the company responsible for Beauty Business.
Beauty Business is accessible via web domains or apps and is referred to as such.
2. Activity
Beauty Business has the following activities:

Dissemination, promotion and information about aesthetic surgery.
•
Gathering comprehensive, clear, and useful information about existing treatments, professionals, and centers in the sector, as well as the experiences of individual users of these services to share.
•
Facilitate interaction between users of these services, sector professionals and centers, and Quadmed itself (collectively referred to as the "community").
These activities are carried out by:
•
Information and experiences shared by users of these services (generally referred to as patients).
•
Interaction of patients with each other, with the centers and professionals, and with Quadmed.
•
Information and answers shared by professionals and centers of the sector about the treatments (hereinafter "professional users").
•
Inform and disseminate content created by Quadmed and shared with the entire community.
•
All this with the aim of making Beauty Business the meeting point and reference for the entire aesthetic medicine and surgery community, offering the most complete, up-to-date and transparent information in the sector.
3. Acceptance of terms
The use of Beauty Business is subject to the following terms of use (hereinafter "Legal Notice").
Access to this Beauty Business is free of charge, but costs may be incurred for the telephone connection and the connection. The use of the Beauty Business involves the processing of personal data of the user. Therefore, depending on the type of user, the user must read, understand and accept the Legal Notice, Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. In addition, Beauty Business offers the possibility to order certain services. These services are subject to the terms and conditions established in each case, which replace, supplement and/or modify the Legal Notice (hereinafter, the "Special Terms").
 
By using the Beauty Business, the user declares:

4. Providing services
Quadmed offers the following activities and/or services:

Dissemination service of information, activities and services of aesthetic surgery, specifically addressed to professional users.
•
Search, consultation, mediation and contracting service for aesthetic surgery services.
•
Service for the dissemination of information, user experience, reference and management of forums related to the services of aesthetic surgery.
•
Newsletter subscription service and/or sending information or inquiries about cosmetic surgery services.
All these services are collectively referred to as "Services". In order to use and/or be entitled to certain Services, it is necessary to register beforehand on Beauty Business according to the contract and registration procedure established for each type of user, depending on whether the user is a professional or a patient.
 
As part of the conclusion of the contract and / or registration, the user must:
•
Certify that he/she is of legal age and/or capacity, in accordance with the general contract laws of the country in which he/she resides.
•
Know and indicate whether he/she has read and accepted the Privacy Policy, the Legal Notice and the Special Conditions applicable in his/her case.
•
Indicate whether he/she would like to receive communications and promotional information from Quadmed or third parties and/or has any other questions regarding the processing of his/her personal data.
It is important that the User reads these sections carefully, as they contain relevant information about the User's rights, about the way in which the User's personal data and the personal data under the User's responsibility are processed and obtained, as well as the rules that regulate and bind the use of the Quadmed Beauty Business and the relationship between the User and Quadmed.
After the User has confirmed that he/she wishes to register, he/she will receive an e-mail from Quadmed in which he/she can confirm his/her registration on the Beauty Business.
The confirmation of the conclusion of the contract is effective and serves as the completion of the conclusion of the contract of the published services and/or offers or requests and obligates to fulfill them with the same effect of the signature on paper and/or electronic carrier.
5. Essential obligations of the user
Each user is obligated to comply with the following essential obligations vis-à-vis third parties and Quadmed from the time of use of the Beauty Business:

To use the Beauty Business without performing illegal or unauthorized actions or actions that contradict the provisions of the Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy and/or, where applicable, the Special Conditions and their updates.

Not damage, disable, overburden or degrade Beauty Business or interfere with normal use of Beauty Business.
•
Not to attempt to violate access rights, improperly manipulate data, duplicate or export data or information protected by intellectual property or other rights, attempt to access restricted areas of Quadmed's or third party's computer systems, introduce programs, viruses or other devices that cause or may cause changes in Quadmed's or third party's computer systems.
•
Be aware of the technical and legal requirements necessary to properly access and use Beauty Business; this may include downloading certain computer programs or other logical elements to their computing devices.
•
Not to use, link, distribute, transmit or disclose to third parties in any form the content or any part thereof published on the Beauty Business or the information of Quadmed without the prior and express written permission of Quadmed.
•
Not to damage Quadmed's image in any way and not to engage in any activity or make any comments that could damage Quadmed's image and good name.
•
To read, understand and, if you agree, accept the Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Special Terms and Conditions and, in particular, the Community Guidelines.
6. Intellectual property rights
This website, its contents and its distinctive signs are protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property laws, and all these rights are exclusive to Quadmed, which reserves the right to use and exploit them.
The reproduction, distribution, communication to the public, transformation and/or making available to the public and, in general, any other form of exploitation, by whatever process, of all or part of the content of this website, its design, the selection and the form of presentation of the materials contained therein, as well as the trademarks and trade names contained in this website, is prohibited. Such acts of exploitation may only be carried out with the express prior written consent of Quadmed, provided that express reference is made to Quadmed's ownership of the aforementioned intellectual and industrial property rights.
By using the Beauty Business and/or the contents of the Beauty Business, the user does not acquire any rights to them and may only use them as agreed in the legal notice.

8. Liability
Quadmed will at all times endeavor to provide the Services with the highest possible quality. Without prejudice to the foregoing, Quadmed disclaims any liability and/or assumption of damages or losses resulting from:

Outages, interruptions or damages caused by system failures, malware viruses, malfunctions or interruptions, or malfunction of the Service or Beauty Business.

The unlawful acts of third parties in any form and/or improper or inadequate actions of the User, in which case Quadmed shall not be liable in any case, caused by the actions or negligence of third parties, which may or may not directly or indirectly affect servers and other computer equipment of the User or third parties.
•
User agrees to indemnify and hold Quadmed, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to any inappropriate or unauthorized use of the Beauty Business and/or the Services provided or due to User's violation of the Legal Notice, Privacy Policy and/or Cookie Policy, as well as any violation of law or rights.

Quadmed provides the Beauty Business to the User solely for the purpose of displaying, consulting and searching for third party services. The user is therefore solely responsible for the correct use of the same and for ensuring that such use is carried out in accordance with the Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy and/or, where applicable, the Special Conditions.

If the User is dissatisfied with the use of Beauty Business, its contents and/or services, or with any part of the Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and/or Special Conditions, as applicable, his/her sole and exclusive remedy shall be to cease accessing the Website.
9. Nullity and invalidity of clauses
If any clause in the Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and/or, as the case may be, the Special Terms and Conditions is declared void or invalid in whole or in part, this shall only affect the provision or part thereof in question. The invalidity or ineffectiveness shall not affect the rest of the Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and/or, as the case may be, the Special Conditions, and the provision or the relevant part thereof shall be deemed not to have been included.
10. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
For all questions or disputes that may arise in connection with the Beauty Business, the Content and the contracted products and/or services, the User and Quadmed submit to the application of the legislation of the Czech Republic, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled. The courts of the Czech Republic shall have jurisdiction over such issues and disputes, with express submission to the jurisdiction of the courts in Prague, unless the applicable legislation mandatorily designates another jurisdiction or legislation. However, it should be noted that this waiver does not apply to Patient:s who are to be understood as end users. In this case, the jurisdiction determined by the applicable law shall apply.
